Pastor Scruggs grew up in the Roanoke area.  He attended Bible College in North Carolina and Seminary in Pennsylvania.  For many years he and his family served as missionaries in Natal, Brazil.  God has allowed him to pastor several churches and he is excited about the opportunity to serve alongside the wonderful people at Morgans.
